Replaced an outdated website with a modern site, a custom job-posting CMS, and a skills-based pre-recruitment screening tool built around how Nutech's recruiters actually work.
Business Challenge
Nutech is a staffing and recruiting firm that was running on a very old website — every job posting and content update depended on a developer, which slowed down a business where getting new openings live quickly actually matters. Beyond the website itself, Nutech's recruiters had no structured way to prepare for a first candidate call: there was no system for connecting the specific skills a role required to the questions a recruiter should actually ask when screening a candidate for those skills.
Project Objective
BAMS was tasked with replacing Nutech's outdated website with a modern, professional site, giving their team a CMS to manage job postings independently, and building a custom tool that lets Nutech define skills and attach pre-recruitment screening questions to each one — so recruiters walk into a first candidate conversation with the right questions already in hand.
What BAMS Built
BAMS designed and built a modern, responsive website for Nutech along with a custom admin CMS that lets their team create, edit, and publish job postings directly — without depending on a developer for routine changes. Alongside the site, BAMS built a custom skills-and-screening tool: Nutech's team can enter the skills relevant to a role and attach pre-recruitment questions to each skill, so recruiters have a ready-made, skill-specific question set to work from the first time they talk to a candidate.
BAMS's Role
BAMS was responsible for the website redesign, the custom admin CMS, and the skills-based pre-recruitment screening tool — from UX/UI design through development and deployment — replacing Nutech's legacy website with a system their own team can run day to day.
Implementation Approach
BAMS replaced the legacy, developer-dependent website with a modern site backed by a custom CMS, so job postings and site content are managed directly by Nutech's own team. Alongside that, BAMS built a dedicated skills-to-questions system: Nutech's team defines the skills that matter for a role and attaches the specific pre-recruitment questions that go with each one, giving recruiters a structured, skill-by-skill reference to work from instead of improvising screening questions on the spot.
Business Impact
Nutech's team can now post and manage jobs on their own site without waiting on a developer for every update, and their recruiters go into first candidate calls with a structured, skills-based set of screening questions instead of relying on memory or ad hoc judgment. The result is a website and recruitment workflow that actually match how a staffing firm operates day to day.
