Healthcare Software Built Around One Patient Record

Clinic management, scheduling, provider and patient portals, dental, billing, and lab workflows — as modules on one platform, not disconnected apps that all need to be kept in sync by hand.

Healthcare & HealthTech

The Problem

Healthcare organizations often run scheduling in one system, patient records in another, billing in a third — and staff spend real time keeping them consistent instead of caring for patients. Off-the-shelf EMRs are also frequently rigid, expensive, and slow to adapt to how a specific practice actually works.

How BAMS Helps

BAMS EMR is a unified healthcare platform — one canonical patient/provider record, with clinic management, scheduling, provider and patient portals, dental, billing, and lab workflows as modules on top of it, activated as your organization needs them.

What's Included

Unified patient/provider/encounter record
Clinic management and scheduling
Provider and patient portals
Dental, billing, and lab workflow modules
Sales-assisted onboarding, gated behind your organization's HIPAA activation
AI-assisted clinical and administrative workflows

Frequently Asked Questions

Is BAMS HIPAA-compliant?

We are not currently claiming HIPAA compliance or certification. BAMS provides HIPAA-capable infrastructure — access controls, audit logging, and PHI-scoped storage — for organizations that need to handle protected health information; you remain responsible for your own applicable HIPAA obligations.

Do we have to use every module?

No — modules (scheduling, patient portal, billing, dental, lab, etc.) are activated per organization based on what you actually need, not sold as an all-or-nothing bundle.

Is this available as self-service signup?

Not as self-service — because this involves protected health information, access is sales-assisted: request access, and we'll activate the right modules after a guided review.
