Is BAMS HIPAA-compliant?
We are not currently claiming HIPAA compliance or certification. BAMS provides HIPAA-capable infrastructure — access controls, audit logging, and PHI-scoped storage — for orgs that need to handle protected health information; you remain responsible for your own applicable HIPAA obligations.
