Business Challenge
Jobofy needed to provide a more comprehensive alternative to traditional job portals. While conventional recruitment platforms primarily focus on publishing job openings and collecting applications, the vision for Jobofy was to create a centralized platform capable of supporting the broader recruitment lifecycle — connecting employers and candidates while providing tools that extend beyond job discovery and applications. The platform needed to support both sides of the recruitment ecosystem through dedicated employer and candidate experiences, while giving employers tools to manage recruiting activities, candidates, interviews, and other workforce processes from a centralized environment.
Project Objective
BAMS was tasked with designing and developing the complete Jobofy digital platform from the ground up. The objective was to create a scalable recruitment ecosystem that would provide a comprehensive public-facing recruitment website, dedicated employer and candidate portals, a custom CMS and administrative platform, job posting and management, candidate profiles and resume management, candidate search and discovery, application management, recruitment pipeline capabilities, interview management, candidate screening, recruitment analytics, timesheet functionality, communication and notifications, and employer and recruiter management — a platform that supports the recruitment journey beyond simply connecting a candidate with a job opening.

BAMS designed and developed the complete Jobofy platform, including the public website, employer portal, candidate portal, CMS, administrative capabilities, and the underlying recruitment workflows — bringing together Job Marketplace, Employer Portal, Candidate Portal, Recruitment Management, Interview Management, Timesheets, CMS, and Analytics into a unified recruitment ecosystem. Employers and recruiters use the platform to manage their recruitment activities, including job creation and posting, candidate discovery, resume management, candidate evaluation, recruitment workflows, interviews, screening, recruiter access, and analytics. Candidates have a dedicated experience for discovering opportunities, creating and managing their profiles, managing resumes, applying for jobs, progressing through recruitment workflows, preparing for interviews, and interacting with employers. A key differentiator is that Jobofy was designed to extend beyond the traditional job-board model — incorporating interview management, timesheets, recruitment analytics, candidate screening, employer workflows, and candidate management into a broader recruitment lifecycle experience, rather than limiting the platform to job listings and applications.

BAMS was responsible for the end-to-end development of the Jobofy platform — solution architecture, UX/UI implementation, public website development, employer portal development, candidate portal development, CMS development, recruitment workflows, administrative functionality, candidate and employer management, interview functionality, timesheet capabilities, integrations, and platform implementation. BAMS effectively served as the technology partner responsible for transforming the Jobofy business concept into a complete digital recruitment platform.
Implementation Approach
BAMS approached Jobofy as a full business platform rather than a traditional website project. The architecture was designed around multiple user experiences and business workflows, with separate capabilities for candidates, employers, recruiters, and administrators. The public website provides the discovery and informational layer, while authenticated employer and candidate portals provide role-specific functionality. A centralized CMS and administrative environment gives the Jobofy team control over the platform's content and operational configuration without requiring developer involvement for every routine change. The platform's recruitment workflows were designed to support the broader candidate journey — from discovering an opportunity and submitting an application through screening, interviews, hiring-related processes, and subsequent workforce activities such as timesheets.
